Who we are

danellemiller.com is operated by Danelle Miller, doing business as Metaphysics Made Modern ("Metaphysics Made Modern," "we," "us"). Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to hello@danellemiller.com.

What we collect

Account details — your email address when you create an account or sign in.
Reading details — information you provide so we can prepare charts and readings: birth date, time, and place; property details such as address, facing direction, and construction year; event dates; and your answers to intake questions.
Purchase details — what you bought and when. Payments are processed by Stripe; your full card number never reaches our systems.
Subscription preferences — newsletter and daily-message opt-ins, and your chosen delivery channel.
Correspondence — messages you send through our contact and booking forms.

How we use it

To compute your charts and prepare the readings you purchase.
To deliver purchases, manage memberships, and provide member-only tools.
To send transactional email about your orders and account.
To send the newsletter or daily messages you opted into — every message includes a way to stop.
To keep the site secure and improve how it works.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run the site, and share with them only what each needs:

Stripe — payment processing.
Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
Supabase — account login and our database.
Resend — sending email.
Telegram — only if you choose Telegram as a delivery channel.
Anthropic — software that generates your written reading from Danelle's personal interpretive notes and your chart details. Danelle reviews the framework and sample outputs to ensure quality and accuracy. Your information is not used to train AI models.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a short-lived referral cookie when you arrive through a partner link, and local settings such as whether you've dismissed a popup. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to honor your purchases and meet legal obligations. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email hello@danellemiller.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
