These terms govern your use of danellemiller.com, operated by Danelle Miller Feng Shui Design ("we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing anything on it, you agree to them.

What we offer

We provide educational content and personalized guidance rooted in classical Chinese metaphysics — including free calculators, paid digital readings, memberships, and courses. Everything we provide is informational and reflective in nature; please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Accounts

Some features require an account. Keep your login email accurate and don't share access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Purchases and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For readings, you agree to provide accurate details (such as birth date and time) — a reading prepared from inaccurate details is still considered delivered.

Digital readings — delivery and refunds

Readings are personalized digital products, prepared specifically for the details you provide. They are delivered electronically — on the site, by email, or both. Because each reading is custom work, all sales are final once a reading has been prepared or delivered. If something went wrong with your order — a technical failure, a duplicate charge, a reading that never arrived — contact us at hello@danellemiller.com and we will make it right.

Memberships

Memberships bill on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and we do not issue partial-period refunds. We may adjust membership pricing or contents with notice before your next renewal.

Your content and ours

Everything on this site — readings, card decks, course materials, text, and imagery — is the intellectual property of Danelle Miller, doing business as Metaphysics Made Modern, and is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute it. The personal reading you purchase is yours to keep and print for your own use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape content, abuse free tools at volume, or use purchases or tools on behalf of third parties commercially without our written agreement.

Warranties and liability

The site and its services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
